Estas condiciones regulan el uso de neekostudio.app, de las extensiones de Chrome de Neeko Studio y de sus herramientas web. Al suscribirte o usar las herramientas, las aceptas.

Con un solo pago y un solo email se activan todas las extensiones de pago de Neeko Studio, incluidas las que publiquemos más adelante mientras tu suscripción siga activa. Las herramientas web gratuitas no necesitan suscripción ni registro.
La suscripción se renueva sola al final de cada periodo (mes, trimestre o año, según el plan). Puedes cancelarla cuando quieras, sin dar explicaciones y sin penalización, desde tu página de suscripción: escribes tu email, Stripe te manda un enlace al correo y desde ahí cancelas, cambias la tarjeta o ves tus facturas.
Al cancelar conservas el acceso hasta la fecha de renovación que ya tenías pagada. No se corta en ese momento y no se te vuelve a cobrar.
Si eres consumidor en la Unión Europea tienes catorce días naturales desde la compra para desistir. Escríbenos a neekostudio@hotmail.com y te devolvemos el importe por el mismo medio de pago. Aplicamos ese mismo plazo a todo el mundo, vivas donde vivas.
Tu suscripción es personal: te damos una licencia de uso para ti, no transferible, que no se puede revender, compartir ni redistribuir. Te comprometes a no usar nuestras herramientas para nada ilegal ni para vulnerar derechos de terceros, y eres responsable de tener los derechos sobre el material que proceses y de respetar las condiciones de los servicios con los que trabajes.
Ponemos todo de nuestra parte para que las herramientas funcionen siempre, pero dependen de servicios que no controlamos: la Chrome Web Store, las webs sobre las que trabajan las extensiones y las API que usan. Si alguno cambia, una herramienta puede dejar de funcionar temporalmente mientras la adaptamos. También podemos añadir, modificar o retirar herramientas; si retiramos una parte importante de lo que has pagado, te lo compensamos.
CleanFrame, CutFrame, VoiceFrame y demás herramientas web gratuitas se ofrecen tal cual, sin garantía de resultado ni compromiso de disponibilidad. Funcionan dentro de tu navegador y tus archivos no se suben a ningún sitio.
Respondemos de lo que la ley nos obliga a responder. Fuera de eso, no nos hacemos cargo de pérdidas indirectas, lucro cesante ni daños derivados de un uso de las herramientas distinto del previsto. Nada de este apartado limita los derechos que te reconoce la normativa de consumo.
Estas condiciones se rigen por la ley española. Si eres consumidor, conservas la protección de las normas imperativas de tu país de residencia y puedes acudir a la plataforma europea de resolución de litigios en línea. Antes de eso, escríbenos: casi todo se arregla por email.

These terms cover the use of neekostudio.app, the Neeko Studio Chrome extensions and our web tools. By subscribing or using the tools, you accept them.

One payment and one email activate every paid Neeko Studio extension, including the ones we publish later while your subscription is active. The free web tools need no subscription and no sign-up.
The subscription renews by itself at the end of each period (month, quarter or year, depending on your plan). You can cancel whenever you like, with no explanation and no penalty, from your subscription page: type your email, Stripe sends a link to your inbox, and from there you cancel, update your card or view your invoices.
When you cancel you keep access until the renewal date you had already paid for. It does not cut off there and then, and you are not charged again.
If you are a consumer in the European Union you have fourteen calendar days from purchase to withdraw. Write to neekostudio@hotmail.com and we refund you by the same payment method. We apply that same window to everyone, wherever you live.
Your subscription is personal: we grant you a non-transferable licence to use the tools yourself, and it may not be resold, shared or redistributed. You agree not to use our tools for anything unlawful or to infringe third-party rights, and you are responsible for holding the rights to the material you process and for respecting the terms of the services you work with.
We do our best to keep the tools working, but they depend on services we do not control: the Chrome Web Store, the sites the extensions work on, and the APIs they use. If one of those changes, a tool may stop working for a while until we adapt it. We may also add, change or retire tools; if we retire a significant part of what you paid for, we will make it up to you.
CleanFrame, CutFrame, VoiceFrame and the other free web tools are provided as they are, with no guarantee of results and no promise of availability. They run inside your browser and your files are not uploaded anywhere.
We are liable for what the law makes us liable for. Beyond that, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or damage arising from using the tools in a way they were not meant for. Nothing in this section limits the rights consumer law gives you.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and you may use the European online dispute resolution platform. Before that, write to us: almost everything gets sorted by email.
